Alternatively, if you have a complaint, please also let us know and we will do our best to achieve a satisfactory outcome for your concern. If you are not happy with the way your complaint or concern has been handled, you are welcome to contact the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission. The Commission is the primary contact for providers and consumers in relation to quality and safety in the aged care sector, including complaints.
